Pallet Racking
Pallet racking consists of vertical frames which are joined together by horizontal load bearing beams to create single bays or runs with numerous storage levels in height. The beams are adjustable vertically on a 75mm pitch and simply clip into the frames which are then secured in position by locking pins.
The system is extremely versatile with a variety of standard specifications and accessories, making it suitable for storing virtually any combination of palletised loads.
We have expertise in designing and installing the following types of pallet racking systems conventional, narrow aisle, drive-in, double deep, push back, pallet live and multi-tier systems with walkways.
Accessories available include shelves (timber, steel or mesh), upright protectors, anti-collapse mesh, pallet support bars, picking & distribution stations, fork spacers, drum chocks, coil cradles and guide rail.
Designed in accordance with SEMA guidelines we can provide the most cost effective pallet racking systems.
2D and 3D CAD design facilities enable us to offer our clients a visual perception of the finished racking system.
Our installations are carried out by experienced site engineers who are SIERS accredited and hold operators licences for all types of mechanical lifting and access equipment. By working closely with clients our site engineers ensure all projects are completed on time with minimum disruption.
